These pads are made to "catch a sneeze". Their cotton terry tops quickly absorb heavy gushes or light incontinence. They have two layers of hemp jersey in the core. Sneeze catchers have corduroy, flannel or synthetic fleece backing.

You can position the topping so that it's more to the front or the back, depending on where you need the most protection.

Pads with cotton terry tops are thicker than flannel topped pads.
